March 5 was a very eventful day for Africa Herald Publishing House. It was time to evaluate the Publishing House and the Publishing leaders from the GC, ECD and WKUC together with the Union officers were in attendance to carry out the noble task and share their insight and advise so as to propel the House to grater heights.
The leaders arrived early in the morning and soon after the evaluation began. The evaluation process was surely a learning experience and an opportunity to grow and make improvements where necessary. The guidance of the leadership of the church through interaction with the officers of the House was timely and we were able to learn a lot that will enable us to improve our present situation inasmuch as there are sometimes negative intervening variables that pose challenges to the progress of the Publishing work.
Leaders present were: Elder Wilmer Hirle, GC Associate Publishing Director, Pr. Philip Gai, ECD Publishing Director, Pastors: Kenneth Maena, President WKUC; Japhet Ochorokodi, Ex. Sec. WKUC; Samson Onyango, Publishing Ministries WKUC; Christopher Muturi, Publishing Ministries, EKUC; Mr David Sande Treasurer, WKUC; Brown Kitur, Business Manager HHES; Mr Solomon Ogola, AHPH Board member, together with the General Manager, Treasurer and Editor of AHPH.
The outcome of the meeting will be speedily implemented, and by God's grace turn the hurdles that we face along the way into stepping stones in fulfilling the vision and mission of Africa Herald Publishing House.
